Located in Abbotsford, BC, we are a fast-growing counselling and psychotherapy practice with a vision to expand access to high-quality, compassionate mental health care while building a supportive, purpose-driven team. Who You are:

- Have insight into who you are and know yourself.
- Passionate about this work and motivated to grow
- Specialize in experiential modalities, such as, AEDP, EMDR, IFS, EFT, SP, or Art Therapy or other bottom-up approach.
- Ability to work with children, youth and/or couples is an asset
- Knowledge of group process and facilitation techniques is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to balance and manage competing projects and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates awareness of cross-cultural perspectives and the experiences of individuals with marginalized and intersecting identities
- Understanding of neurodivergent (ADHD/ASD) experiences is an asset
- Ability to work with individuals in crisis situations
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills; able to build positive and trusting working relationships.
- Ability to work effectively independently, and in a collaborative team setting.
- Committed to personal and professional growth by engaging in ongoing specialized training and personal development
- Excited to grow your caseload
- Able to work a minimum of two days a week
- Ability to use Google Suite and Jane App

Our Mission:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person/online individual clinical counselling sessions - using experiential modalities, such as AEDP, EMDR, IFS, EFT or Art Therapy
- Provide 20-minute free consultation to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate clinical records of treatment plans and progress notes in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in ongoing professional and personal development, including regular external or in-house supervision of your choice
- Collaborate with team members for peer consultation
- Maintain good standing with your professional registering bodies
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in counselling psychology, or social work
- Hold a registration in good standing with BCACC, CCPA, or College of SW
- Demonstrated working knowledge of relevant formal counselling and assessment techniques with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
