Sales Operations Manager
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Growth in Motion. Structure That Scales. Real Impact.
ODRA is a North American manufacturer of chassis-mounted mechanical street sweepers, serving municipalities, contractors, and industrial operators across the U.S. and Canada. The company has established a strong reputation for building reliable, straightforward equipment with low operating costs and consistent performance in demanding environments.
In recent years, ODRA has entered a period of accelerated growth, with expanding geographic coverage, increasing production capacity, and a growing commercial organization. As the business scales, there is a greater need for structure, consistency, and visibility across sales and marketing activities.
The organization is evolving from a more decentralized, territory-driven model toward one that is increasingly process-oriented and data-informed. This includes strengthening CRM usage, standardizing sales workflows, improving forecasting accuracy, and creating clearer alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
ODRA's leadership team is focused on building the operational foundation required to support continued growth, with an emphasis on disciplined execution, shared visibility, and scalable systems across the commercial organization.
About the Role
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for establishing the structure, systems, and operating rhythm that support ODRA's commercial organization as it continues to expand.
This role oversees Sales Operations, Inside Sales, and Marketing, with a focus on improving how sales and marketing activities are executed, measured, and aligned across the organization. Working closely with the Vice President and Territory Managers, the position plays a central role in aligning how opportunities are generated, managed, and converted across regions.
A key part of the role is bringing greater discipline to core commercial processes, including CRM ownership, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. This includes ensuring data accuracy, standardizing workflows, and creating clear performance metrics that support decision-making at both the territory and leadership levels.
The role also connects functions that operate closely but not always consistently, including Sales, Marketing, Production, and Parts. Improving how these groups share information, manage handoffs, and operate within a common framework is an important component of the position.
In parallel, the Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Marketing function, with oversight of campaign planning, lead generation, and performance tracking. Ensuring that marketing activity aligns with sales priorities and produces measurable outcomes is a core expectation.
Overall, the role is focused on building a more structured and scalable commercial environment. It requires a combination of process ownership, analytical capability, and cross-functional coordination to support continued growth across a distributed sales organization.
