Organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail in assisting the service Manager to schedule an dorganize a team of Service technicians accross Canada.
Overview:
The administrative Assistant to the Service Manager is responsible for scheduling and monitoring of Service Technicians on the road.
Job Requirements:
- Scheduling and route creation for preventative maintenance and on demand service
- Communicating ETA, schedule dates, schedule revisions
- Creating work orders ATP, managing work orders prior to completion.
- Confirming customer cart/part requirements and service stock of parts.
- Service Transfers – Fielding parts request, creating transfers, checking stock.
- Inventory – Service Parts inventory, Updating Fishbowl.
- Vehicle maintenance, GPS tracking, safety equipment
- Vehicle Safety Reporting
- Tracking of on site versus general time spent by Technicians
- Managing overtime limits
- Bilingual Preferred
- A self starter who understands the big picture when monitoring multiple staff on the road.

- Experience working with scheduling software.

- Proficient using Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Effective Communicator
- Reliable transportation to and from office

- Adhere to and support the safe operating procedures for all assigned duties.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) including hearing protection, eye protection, CSA approved footwear and other safety equipment as required by Management when in the warehouse for any reasons.
Working Conditions.
- Typical office requirements to sit for prolonged periods of time in ergonomically designed chairs/desks.
