About the Role:
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and supporting dental equipment. You’ll also help train dealer technicians, attend industry conventions, and provide top-notch customer service. This is a dynamic, mobile role that offers new challenges every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain dental instruments ( training provided).
- Deliver technical support to customers and dealers, both remotely and onsite
- Train technicians at dealer locations (travel required).
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all service
- Keep tools and equipment organized and ready for service calls.
- Attend and complete all required training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Complete all work orders accurately and on time.
- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies
- Participate dental conventions and trade shows.
- Assist with special projects and perform other related duties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanically inclined – you enjoy working with tools and fixing things.
- Good with electronics and basic troubleshooting.
- Comfortable traveling to customer sites (valid driver’s license required).
- Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills – courteous, professional, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer literacy – able to use a laptop for work orders and communications.
- College Diploma required; additional technical education is a plus.
- Clean driving record and ability to comply with our uniform and conduct policy.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
