PART-TIME NIGHT DISPATCHER

Kelowna Cabs is currently looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Night Dispatcher to join our team.
Schedule:
- Monday & Tuesday
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position Type:
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally
- Dispatch taxi trips to drivers using dispatch software
- Monitor driver activity and assist with routing
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and communication during shifts
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Good knowledge of the City of Kelowna, including bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels, motels, landmarks, and surrounding areas
- Previous dispatch or call centre experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
