Position Summary
LMX Solutions is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Care Associate to support our growing portfolio of fulfillment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, merchandising, and ecommerce clients.
This role acts as the dedicated day-to-day contact for assigned client programs and is responsible for ensuring seamless execution across fulfillment, warehousing, print, inventory management, ecommerce platforms, and distribution services.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, proactive, solution-driven, and capable of managing multiple client programs simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards.
This position works cross-functionally with Operations, Inventory Control, Quality, Print Production, Shipping, IT, and Project Management teams to ensure programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and within established service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred

2–4 years of experience in account coordination, fulfillment, logistics, ecommerce, customer service, or supply chain environments

Experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, merchandising, or ecommerce accounts considered an asset

Strong customer service and relationship management skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Outlook

Experience with WMS, ecommerce platforms, ERP systems, Shopify, ShipHero, or similar systems considered an asset

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments

Strong attention to detail and follow-through
