A. Ingram Services is hiring finish asphalt rakers for the 2026 paving season. Looking for all around asphalt workers who can do it all. What you offer in ability and knowledge will determine your pay.
PRIORITIZING CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE, A DRIVER'S LICENSE, AND A CLEAN ABSTRACT RECORD IS MANDATORY. PHONE MANDATORY
Some responsibilities may include: drive 1 ton truck and trailer to various site, loading and unloading equipment and tools, prep work, clean up, flagging, general labour such as sweeping and shoveling, rake patches and seams following paver, spray or brush tack oil, operate water truck and tack truck, finished product quality control, drainage, assist with grades using level or laser, follow safety program and safe work procedures, safety documentation and reporting including hazard assessment etc., wear all required PPE, and work efficiently with a team.
This position requires valid drivers license class 3 or 5, class 3 with Q airbrakes is a huge asset. Must have knowledge of asphalt installation and experience on an asphalt crew. Apply through email please.
