Duties
- Install and assemble systems and equipment according to schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and restoration work on existing installations
- Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Conduct caulking, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting as needed
- Assist with construction tasks including carpentry and framing
- Troubleshoot system issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and construction equipment
- Experience in construction, carpentry, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, or related fields
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and restoration processes
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary
