What You'll Do
- Lead a painting crew on residential/commercial job sites
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every project
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate directly with clients and owner
- Keep jobs on schedule and on budget
What We're Looking For
- Proven painting experience (crew lead or lead-hand experience a plus)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Pride in doing quality work
