What you'll do
Work with our partner staffing firm to follow-up and close staffing contracts. 100+ interested companies are sitting in our CRM and new warm leads added weekly. Your job is to work that warm pipeline: follow up, schedule meetings, keep deals moving, and help close them.
- Work daily through a live CRM of qualified leads — warehouses, manufacturers, SMBs and logistics companies with active hiring needs
- Follow up by phone and email to confirm interest and schedule in-person meetings
- Coordinate meeting logistics and keep everyone aligned
- Join the sales meetings and close leads
- Track every interaction in the CRM; keep the pipeline clean and moving
Who you are
- 1-3 years of sales and business development experience
- Relentless on follow-ups, you don't let a warm lead go cold
- Confident and natural on the phone; professional in writing
- Organized: you can run 20+ active conversations without dropping one
- Hungry: commission matters to you, and a clear target motivates you
- Access to reliable transportation to attend client meetings across GTA
- Experience in staffing/recruiting will be a plus but not required
- Must have valid driver's license & vehicle to attend client meetings
- Must be based in the GTA area and legally authorized to work in Canada

Compensation
- OTE: $40k - $70k with potential increase after 3 months based on performance
- Commission: Hit the team target and commissions meaningfully exceed expectations.

Pay: $36,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
