As an Accounting Functional - Learning & Development Specialist, you will drive the development of accounting competencies by designing and delivering training on ERP Accounting modules and core financial processes. You will create engaging learning programs covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting, ensuring employees can effectively apply accounting principles and business workflows in real business scenarios. This role is ideal for accounting professionals who are passionate about knowledge sharing, training, and developing others while bridging accounting expertise with business technology.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop competency models, assess the capability gaps, and conduct analysis of employees’ learning needs.
Facilitate learning or training needs from various departments.
Engage with external vendors to fulfill our training needs, from pitching sessions, training, and learning.
Handle the end-to-end learning activities from training design, presentation, teaching, and evaluation.
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires.
Research the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the learning and development space and recommend suitable applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Management, Accounting, or other relevant studies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Have good time management skills.
Able to adapt and learn quickly in a new environment.
Have good interpersonal skills.
Have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing, both in Indonesian and English.
Have initiative, self-starter, fast learner, agile, and resilient.

Having knowledge or experience with ERP software is an added value.
Have a good understanding of accounting principles and business processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
Able to explain accounting concepts and business workflows in a clear and practical manner to trainees with different levels of understanding.
Experience in accounting, finance, ERP functional consulting, or accounting-related training is an added value.
