Interlake Healthcare Products is a growing medical supply store in Selkirk, Mb. We are looking for a Front Desk /salesclerk to fill the following responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and forwarding calls to proper department.
Greet customers, answer their queries, and assist them in selecting and finding merchandise
Have the ability and knowledge to answer customer questions related to information, including availability of products
Maintain the overall look of the store and ensure that it is clean and properly organized. Displaying all store products and placing them in an organized manner so that customers can find them easily.
Be involved in planning and preparation of displays, windows, and seasonal promotions
Maintain product records and inventory.
Use Sage 50 software to create invoices, deposits, receipts, customer contact information, shipping information, and other data.
Informing customers about financing options, return policies, and other details
Balancing sales receipts and petty cash at the end of each day.
