We are looking for a G Class Driver / Logistics Technician to join our team based out of 775215 Blandford Road, Woodstock, Ontario.
Job Description:
As a G Class Driver / Logistics Technician, you will support our Logistics and Sales teams by delivering, installing, exchanging, and removing used cooking oil collection equipment at customer locations across Ontario.
Operating a company pickup truck equipped with a flatbed and liftgate, you will be responsible for setting up new customer accounts, fulfilling service requests, and ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service.
This role requires frequent interaction with restaurant owners, managers, and staff, making strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver, install, exchange, and remove collection barrels, bins, and related equipment
- Operate a pickup truck with flatbed and liftgate safely and professionally
- Support new customer account setups and ongoing service requests
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff and customers
- Maintain accurate delivery and installation records
- Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver's License
- Clean driver's abstract
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with restaurant owners, managers, and staff
- Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario, including occasional overnight stays
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 lbs
- Experience towing trailers or operating liftgates is an asset
- Mandatory Fluent in English (spoken and written)
