We are looking to connect with an Associate Dentist who may be interested in joining our team as the clinic grows.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and limited dental exams
- Diagnose and treatment plan ethically
- Provide general restorative dentistry
- Manage dental emergencies appropriately
- Communicate treatment options clearly and calmly
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front desk team
- Support patient comfort and trust
- Refer appropriately when needed
- Follow clinic standards for documentation, communication, consent, and patient experience

Qualifications
- Licensed dentist in good standing with the RCDSO
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Professional liability coverage
- Strong communication and documentation skills
