ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the organization's grounds, landscaping, roads, and outdoor facilities in a clean, safe, and attractive condition. This role performs routine grounds maintenance, seasonal cleanup, minor repairs, and general property upkeep while supporting the overall operation of the site.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Cut lawns
-
Trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and buildings.

Perform weed eating, leaf clearing, raking, mulching, and pruning as required.

Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling from designated areas.

Split, stack, and move firewood.
-
Move equipment, supplies, furniture, and materials as needed.

Assist with the installation and setup of outdoor furniture and equipment.
-
Perform painting and occasional carpentry or minor repair work.
-
Maintain roads, grounds, trails, firewood areas, and other outdoor spaces.

Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and report maintenance needs.

Assist with seasonal projects and other property maintenance tasks as assigned.
-
Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Solid work ethic, ability for strenuous physical labour (pushing, lifting, etc.)
- Experience in handy work, landscaping, lawn mowing are all great assets.

A valid driver’s license (G1, G2, G) is preferred.
- 16+ years of age

Compensation
$18.00 per hour
