Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fascia, Soffit, Troughs, and Siding Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing exterior building components, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Measure, cut, and install fascia, soffit, troughs, and siding according to project specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and caulking guns to complete installations
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate placement and measurements
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation processes
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and prevent water infiltration
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues or repairs needed during installation
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman work is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand tools used in siding and trough installation
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in exterior installation projects
This position requires physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety standards.
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
