Job Summary
Wingz Pub and Grill is seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly as a bartender
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of food and beverages in compliance with health and liquor regulations
- Manage cash handling duties including cashiering and processing payments,
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, bar, and dining space throughout shifts
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction
- Uphold food industry standards for safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially with serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
