Job Title: Epoxy Flooring Foreman / Lead Installer

Supreme Epoxy is seeking an experienced and motivated Epoxy Flooring Foreman / Lead Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong construction background who can manage crews, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews on active job sites, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
- Oversee epoxy flooring and coating installations in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
- Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and timelines with project managers and clients
- Enforce job site safety protocols, including proper PPE use and safe work practices
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and make sound decisions to keep projects moving forward
- Operate and drive company trucks and tow trailers as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Construction experience required; preference given to candidates with experience in epoxy flooring, coatings, concrete, or industrial environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience driving trucks and towing trailers
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience managing crews on active job sites
- Strong understanding of job site safety and compliance requirements
- Ability to lead, organize, and motivate crews to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Comfortable coordinating with project managers, clients, and other trades on site
- Physically capable of performing job duties, including lifting, bending, and working on concrete floors for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make on-the-spot decisions
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible; available to work days, nights, and occasional weekends
