Looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Machinery Mechanic to join our Crew
Full time position - Monday to Friday ( Option to work on Saturdays)
Starting wage is 25$ an hour with the ability to grow!

Duties will include:
- Inspecting bulldozers, excavators, rock trucks and other heavy construction equipment for proper performance, and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
- Diagnosing faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required
- Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems using hand and power tools
- Testing repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers’ specifications
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment
- Service attachments and working tools such as blades, ploughs, winches and side booms
- May perform repair work on heavy trucks
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) year of directly related experience regarding the following:
- Strong Understanding in:
- Diesel Engines and all components
- Heavy duty Truck Steering, Suspension, Brake, & Transmission Systems
- Hydraulic Systems (Repair/change worn or failed hoses)
- Electrical repairs
- Ability to use tools and equipment required to perform the work (e.g. hand and power tools, etc.)
- Ability to handle 100 lbs of weight
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Satisfactory health, attendance and former employment history.
- Must be physically capable of operating a vehicle safely, with a clean drivers abstract
