Job Title: Health Care Aide (Night Shift)
Location: Rideau Ferry Country Home Retirement Residence
Position Summary:
The Health Care Aide is responsible for providing personal care and support services to residents in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner, in accordance with the Home’s policies and procedures.
Schedule:
- We are looking for two individuals to fill either the day time shift or evening shift
- Day shifts: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening shifts: 2:30 PM-10:30 PM
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends required.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Canadian work permit
- Must be able to reliably commute to the residence location
- Must complete all required onboarding and recurring training requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and services to residents as needed
- Complete scheduled care tasks and accurately document the assistance provided
- Follow all workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work and storage areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$19.50 per hour
