Soul2Sole Massage & Wellness Studio is currently seeking a passionate and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Manual Osteopath, and/or Acupuncturist to join our growing wellness team.
The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping clients improve their health and well-being through personalized therapeutic treatments. We are looking for professionals who provide exceptional client care, maintain professionalism, and thrive in a positive team environment.
We proudly operate 14 locations across Alberta and continue to grow. We also offer FREE Thai Massage Training Classes (conditions apply).
Responsibilities
- Provide professional treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs
- Assess client conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client documentation
- Ensure treatment areas remain clean, sanitized, and organized
- Educate clients on home care, stretching, and wellness recommendations
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Work collaboratively with reception and management teams
- Stay current with industry standards and continuing education

Qualifications
- Valid RMT License/Certification, Manual Osteopath Certification, and/or Acupuncture License
- Active professional association membership
- Professional liability insurance
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
