What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help contractors, dealers, and homeowners find the right railing solutions for their projects.
You'll be the bridge between customers, sales, production, and shipping teams—making sure every project runs smoothly from quote to delivery.
Your day may include:
· Assisting customers across North America by phone and email
· Providing quotes, product recommendations, and project support
· Building relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities
· Checking inventory, providing delivery updates, and coordinating orders
· Resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues
· Processing orders, credits, and returns
· Coordinating shipments with warehouses in Canada and the USA
· Providing freight quotes and delivery information
· Working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to support customer growth
· Learning our product lines and becoming a trusted resource for customers
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Are comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through to resolution
- Respond quickly and professionally while keeping customer satisfaction top of mind
- Enjoy collaborating with teammates across different departments to get things done
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in customer service, inside sales, construction materials, building products, or distribution
- Speak French (not required, but considered a strong asset)
Compensation Details: $50k - $55k + profit-sharing opportunities
