Job Summary
Clear Guard installs high-strength security window film and door reinforcement systems designed to delay break-ins and improve building safety. Our systems protect homes and commercial properties across the Greater Toronto Area. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated consultants who want to earn strong commissions while helping homeowners improve their security.
This role combines lead generation, in-home consultations, measurements, and closing sales.
You will meet homeowners, evaluate vulnerable entry points, measure windows and doors, and recommend security solutions.
Some leads are provided, but top performers will also generate their own leads through networking, referrals, and local outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home security consultations with homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area
- Identify vulnerable entry points around windows and glass doors
- Measure windows and glass surfaces accurately
- Prepare and present security film solutions
- Generate quotes based on square footage
- Close sales during the consultation whenever possible
- Follow up with prospects to convert pending quotes
- Generate new leads through local networking and outreach
- Build relationships with realtors, contractors, property managers, and other contacts for business development.
- Maintain records of consultations and measurements
Compensation
Compensation is commission-based based on square footage sold.
Typical earnings:
- $80,000 – $150,000+ annually for strong performers
Structure example:
- Commission paid per square foot sold
- Higher commission rates on self-generated leads
