Yard Worker / Delivery Person
Our client is an established Maritime dealership with 15 locations across the region. Recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, they are a trusted provider of equipment and services. Our client is currently looking for a Yard and Delivery Person to join their team in Middleton, NS.
This is an entry-level position. No prior experience is needed.

Responsibilities
- Transport equipment to and from customers and between dealership locations.
- Assist the sales team by delivering equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries, including obtaining signatures and receipts.
- Track time and distance traveled for assigned duties.
- Keep vehicles and related equipment in good working condition.
- Provide basic operating instructions to customers when required.
- Perform grounds maintenance to keep the yard presentable to customers.
- Assist with moving displays or equipment within the dealership.
- Load and unload merchandise and equipment as needed.
- Clean and wash new and used equipment to maintain a professional appearance.
- Operate a forklift as needed.

Qualifications
- Ability tolift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift license an asset.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
