As part of your role, you may expect to be involved in:

Provide support on recruitment and hiring processes by coordinating job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews;

Managing onboarding and offboarding for employees;

Act as a first point of contact for employee questions;
-
Assist in documentation for performance management, performance improvement plans, and investigations;
-
Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS data;
-
Support payroll coordination including timesheets, approvals, and issue resolution;
-
Support employment standards compliance;
-
Support HR reporting, training coordination, employee relations matters, and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems;

Assist with policy updates and communication;
-
Support benefits administration;
-
Support execution of engagement initiatives;

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace aligned with company’s values;

Travel to EnVision offices, as required; and,

Any other functions assigned as part of your employment.
To apply to this position, you should expect to have:

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

0-2 years of progressive HR experience (ideally in a generalist or coordinator role)

Attention to detail and ownership of delegated tasks

Strong written and oral communication skills
