Construction / Project Supervisor (Experience Required)
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction / Project Supervisor to oversee active job sites and manage construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to manage field crews and project coordination simultaneously. Experience with swing stage systems and leading crews of 6–8+ workers is considered a strong asset.
This role is essential in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to plans, schedules, and specifications
- Lead and coordinate field crews of 6–8+ workers
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and change orders
- Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure work meets required standards and building codes
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and conduct regular site safety meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in the construction industry in a supervisory or lead role
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate crews of 6–8+ workers
- Swing stage experience considered a strong asset
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, tools, and industry practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents including blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Understanding of quality control procedures and construction safety regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Work Hours
- Minimum 43-hour work week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Wage
- Negotiable based on experience
Priority will be given to candidates with strong supervisory experience, swing stage experience, and proven ability to lead larger field crews while managing full project delivery responsibilities.
Pay: $53,814.10-$117,496.26 per year
