Job Summary:
This role involves hands-on tasks like folding and creating boxes, operating equipment like shrink wrap machines & pneumatic staple gun, packaging orders into boxes for courier and LTL shipments, assembly of product, quality checking products and managing inventory and supplies. You will also coordinate shipping and order fulfillment in a operations setting. You’ll communicate regularly with internal teams about order status, arrange shipments (courier and freight), and prepare all necessary shipping documents.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Package, assemble, box and prepare products for shipment
- Operate packaging machinery (industrial shrink wrap machine & Pneumatic Staple gun)
- Perform quality control checks before packaging
- Maintain inventory and workspace organization via excel and other computer applications
- Coordinate and communicate order status with teams verbally and via email
- Arrange shipments and prepare shipping documents (BOL, labels, customs, packing slips)
Requirements:
- Physically able to lift ~40 lbs and perform repetitive movements daily. The ability to stand for the entirety of your shift in a fast pace work environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask - organization is key to success in this position
- Able to complete repetitive tasks with focus and accuracy
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic computer/MS Office skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Experience with warehouse equipment like a fork lift is a plus but isn't something used regularly in this position.

It’s a mix of hands-on warehouse work, requiring organization, physical ability, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
