Evolution Fulfillment Inc. is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in fulfillment services for leading fashion, apparel, beauty, and lifestyle brands across North America. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems and working in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Process customer orders and coordinate shipments.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory, returns, and customer requests.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while building strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, logistics, or supply chain experience.
- Experience in a 3PL, warehouse, or distribution environment is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS, CRM, or ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
