Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Reliable vehicle and transportation
- Your own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Active liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it before accepting work
- Valid criminal record check, or willingness to obtain one before accepting work
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with residential, commercial, or post-construction cleaning
- References from previous clients or employers
- Photos of previous cleaning work
About the Position
This is an independent contractor (subcontractor) position, not an employee position.
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for:
- Your own taxes and government remittances
- Maintaining any required business registrations and liability insurance
- Providing your own vehicle, equipment, and cleaning supplies
Work opportunities are offered on an as-needed basis and are expected to increase as the company grows. Contractors are free to accept or decline work opportunities based on their availability.
