We’re looking for a Full-Time Seasonal Cook who are ready to get their hands dirty (in the best way).
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the rhythm of prep, the craft of Italian cooking, and being part of a tight-knit kitchen team that supports each other and pushes to get better every day.

Prepping and cooking menu items to Fred’s standards

Working with fresh ingredients to produce pizzas, pastas, and daily features

Managing oven temps and cook times like a pro

Keeping your station clean, organized, and dialed

Supporting inventory, stock rotation, and general kitchen flow

Communicating with the team to keep service smooth and efficient

Contributing ideas for features and seasonal dishes

Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant is an asset, but not necessary

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen

Some knowledge of Italian cuisine / pizza making is a big plus

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
