Now Hiring – Residential Rough Grading Labourer/Operator
NCL Construction is looking for an experienced employee to join our residential rough grading crew in the Edmonton area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential rough grading.
- Able to read grading plans and understand lot grades and swales.
- Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or other grading equipment is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Reliable, hardworking, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Job Duties:
- Perform residential rough grading according to approved grading plans.
- Assist with backfilling, lot preparation, and site cleanup.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
