We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Associate to support our Sales team.
Position Summary
The Sales Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team by assisting with customer communication, order processing, documentation, and daily sales operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, and customer reports.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding orders and inquiries.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist the Sales team with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Maintain customer files and update sales information in the system.
- Support promotional activities, meetings, and other projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, sales support, customer service, or office experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with SAP Business One or other ERP systems is an asset.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred.

岗位职责
- 协助处理客户订单、报价及相关销售文件;
- 通过邮件、电话等方式回复客户咨询,跟进订单进度;
- 整理、归档及维护客户资料及销售记录;
- 协助销售团队处理日常行政工作及相关文件;
- 与采购、仓库及物流部门协调,确保订单顺利完成;
- 使用公司系统录入及更新相关资料;
- 完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求
- 有行政、销售助理、客服或办公室工作经验者优先;
- 工作认真细致,责任心强,具备良好的组织及协调能力;
- 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神;
- 能够同时处理多项工作,并按时完成任务;
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、Outlook);
- 有 SAP Business One 或其他 ERP 系统经验者优先;
- 英文沟通能力良好,会普通话者优先。
