You are the face of our guest experience—empathetic, present, and skilled at building warm, genuine rapport. Key Responsibilities
Guest Engagement: Maintain exceptional service standards; anticipate guest needs and converse warmly to create a memorable dining atmosphere.
Operational Multitasking: Seamlessly manage evening floor service while efficiently coordinating takeout and delivery orders.
Station Excellence: Maintain a pristine dining environment, including meticulous detail of tables, furniture, and cutlery to fine-dining standards.
Upselling: Actively contribute to business growth by recommending menu items and enhancements with confidence and grace.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a fine-dining environment.
Culinary Knowledge: Essential experience working with Indian cuisine.
Soft Skills: Deeply empathetic, highly organized, and fully present on the floor.
Proactive Mindset: Ability to "read the room" and ensure business value is protected through superior service.
