About the Opportunity
Parker Huggett is partnering with an established, boutique Construction Management firm that has built an exceptional reputation delivering complex seniors housing developments across Southern Ontario. Our client is actively seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join their growing team and take on a Seniors housing project currently underway in the Oakville area.
If you're passionate about leading high-quality residential construction projects and thrive in a collaborative, solutions-focused environment, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
As the successful candidate, you'll step into a leadership role with a respected Construction Management firm known for delivering sophisticated new-build and addition/renovation projects valued between $50M and $100M.
You'll initially take over a project already underway with the potential for future work in Southern Ontario.

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
Demonstrated experience working for a residential developer or Construction Management firm
Experience delivering condominium, purpose-built rental or seniors housing projects
Full-cycle project experience from excavation through occupancy
Strong planning, sequencing and scheduling expertise
Proven ability to successfully coordinate consultants, trades, owners and project stakeholders
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A motivated, hands-on leadership style with the drive to succeed
A passion for mentoring junior team members and developing high-performing site teams
About the Job
Salary: $150,000 to $180,000
