We are looking for an experienced Carpenter who is dependable, skilled, and passionate about quality construction. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving challenges, and want opportunities to grow within a company that values its people, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Perform framing, structural carpentry, renovations, and finishing work.
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately and efficiently.
- Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and other building components.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and building code requirements.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients professionally.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of carpentry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of framing, layout, and general construction practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
