We are currently hiring Cannabis Sales Associates (“Budtenders”) who can deliver an outstanding in-store experience while also stepping in as strong, dependable delivery drivers when business needs require it. This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who is confident on the sales floor, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of representing Smokey’s with the same high standard of service during deliveries.

This opportunity is available across various Smokey’s locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting all customers as they enter the store.
- Assisting each customer in finding a suitable product.
- Managing the point of sales system.
- Provide a friendly and informative experience to each customer.
- Offer product recommendations on different Cannabis Strains, Concentrates, Oils, Edibles, and Cannabis Accessories to customers. In-store training will be provided.
- Receive and store product shipments.
- General store housekeeping (dusting displays and counters, vacuum/sweep sales area, etc).
- Completing local deliveries using a company vehicle when scheduled, including safe driving, customer ID checks, and following delivery procedures/checklists.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have or be eligible for Sell Safe before applying.
- Retail/Selling experience of at least 2 years.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record (required for deliveries).
- Comfortable driving a company vehicle and completing deliveries as needed.
- Able to quickly learn new products and services.
- A friendly and energetic personality.
- The ability to work individually or in a team environment.
- Strong desire to interact and educate customers on anything cannabis-related.
- Able to multi-task and adapt quickly to new changes or regulations.
- Available to work flexible hours, including the weekends and holidays.
