Windmill Garden Centre & Landscaping is expanding our team for the current
season! We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join us in a seasonal full-time
capacity. If you’re passionate about working outdoors and creating high-quality
landscapes, we want to hear from you.
Positions Available
- Irrigation Technicians
- Gardeners / Soft Scapers
- Landscapers / Hard Scapers
- Foreman-Level Roles (for experienced applicants)
What We’re Looking For
- Valid G-class driver’s license (required)
- Ability to speak and write English
- Reliable transportation to our garden centre (we are not on a bus route)
- Ability to operate company vehicles for deliveries
- Experience in landscaping, gardening, or construction (beginner to advanced skill
levels considered)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail, as we provide the highest quality products and services to our
clients
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and standards
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Fast-paced, loud, dusty, and physically demanding work environment
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs to waist height
- Expected to work 50+ hours per week during the season
- Ability to operate equipment such as skid steer and excavator is an asset
Compensation
$20–$40 per hour, based on position, experience, and qualifications
