We’re looking for reliable and hardworking kitchen team members to join our Back of House crew. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality food, keeping the kitchen organized, and supporting a smooth, fast-paced service. This role is key to delivering the consistency and quality our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to St. Louis Bar & Grill standards
- Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation
- Follow all recipes, cooking procedures, and plating guidelines
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Work closely with team members to keep service running efficiently
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
