Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Truck Driver & Lead Mover to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment, transporting goods, and leading moving crews to ensure efficient and smooth relocations. Your expertise in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and logistics will drive successful moves while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties
- Safely operate trucks and other machinery required for loading and unloading
- Lead and coordinate moving teams to execute relocations efficiently, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Load and unload items using appropriate equipment, including order pickers and heavy lifting techniques
- Manage shipping and receiving processes within the warehouse distribution system
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and vehicles to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance
- Assist with order picking, inventory management, and warehouse organization using warehouse management systems
- Support construction-related tasks when necessary, including handling construction materials and heavy loads
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related logistics roles
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation such as cranes, forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading moving or warehouse teams
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and order processing
- Construction experience or familiarity with construction sites is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and material handling

Pay: $25.50-$32.50 per hour
