Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver and Installer to join our team. This role involves transporting products to customer locations, ensuring safe handling, and professionally installing items to meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, physical strength for heavy lifting, and experience in warehouse or commercial driving environments. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to various customer sites. Main delivery truck is 1 ton cube van with 14 ft box.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety, maintenance needs and cargo securement,
- Load and unload items using appropriate moving equipment.
- Assist with the movement and positioning of large or heavy items during installation.
- Install products accurately according to specifications, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and reports.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving, and warehouse operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Drivers License: Valid Class G drivers license with a clean driving record and abstract.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and repeatedly lift heavy items (50 + lbs) daily.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand/power tools and reading assembly instructions.
- Strong communication, time management and a positive customer focused attitude.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
