As a Booking Coordinator, you will coordinate staffing for client services by scheduling casual and relief employees, responding to changing operational needs, and supporting employees while they provide services in the community.

- Coordinate casual and relief staffing to ensure client service needs are consistently met
- Schedule employees and respond to staffing changes in a timely manner
- Provide direction, support, and guidance to community support workers during their shifts
- Work collaboratively with managers, coordinators, and employees to resolve scheduling challenges
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Respond proactively to urgent staffing situations while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Utilize agency software to manage scheduling and employee information
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and positive working relationships
- Perform other related duties as required
- Post-secondary education in Human Services, Community Rehabilitation, Health Care Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in community services, health care, scheduling, or a related environment is considered an asset
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check completed within the past six months
