Compensation
Hourly Wage Range: $18.15 – $20.00

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring every vehicle leaves our dealership in showroom condition and exceeds customer expectations.
What You'll Do
- Perform meticulous cleaning, polishing, waxing, and protection of vehicle exteriors
- Restore and detail vehicle interiors, including leather, upholstery, carpets, trim, and glass
- Apply premium interior and exterior protection products
- Buff and polish vehicles to achieve exceptional presentation standards
- Prepare new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles for delivery
- Inspect vehicles and report any cosmetic imperfections or concerns to management
- Safely organize and park vehicles throughout dealership and delivery areas
- Maintain luxury presentation standards across dealership inventory
- Support the sales and service teams in delivering an exceptional ownership experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
What You Bring
- Previous automotive detailing experience is considered an asset
- Passion for vehicles and pride in producing exceptional work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Desire to work in an environment where customer satisfaction and teamwork are top priorities
Respirator Requirement:
