Job Overview:
As a Full Time Building Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building to ensure an excellent living experience for tenants. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to think quickly on their feet, have excellent task and time management, problem solve and create great relationships and a sense of community within the property.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct daily inspections of assigned property zones to assess overall condition, cleanliness, and safety

Ensure all common areas, walkways, and entrances remain clean, accessible, and free of obstructions

Remove litter, debris, and monitor landscaping to maintain strong curb appeal

Identify maintenance issues early and take prompt action to prevent deterioration

Follow a structured inspection checklist to consistently evaluate building conditions

Perform minor repairs including lightbulb replacement, drywall fixes, painting touch-ups, and tightening loose fixtures

Replace small components such as hoses and investigate/resolve minor leaks
-
Carry out exterior upkeep such as power washing and maintaining building surfaces
-
Conduct routine gutter inspections to ensure proper drainage and prevent damage

Inspect and maintain fencing, including securing fence posts and hardware

Proactively identify safety hazards, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain a high-quality property appearance
Shifts Available:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm
Skills and Qualifications:-
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques

Ability to perform minor handyman tasks independently

Strong attention to detail and observational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Good communication skills for reporting issues
Physical Requirements:-
Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior

Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to use standard building equipment (vacuum, climb a ladder, mob, handyperson tools for minor maintenance, power washer, leaf blower, etc.)

Compensation:
$30 - $35 per hour
