About the Role: Koning Greenhouses is mobilizing a crew in Calgary for commercial greenhouse cladding work. The job involves removing and installing polycarbonate twinwall panels on an active greenhouse structure. This is hands-on, physical work at heights in a production environment. We need reliable people who show up ready to work and take safety seriously. Schedule & Compensation Start Date: June 21, 2026 Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off (rotating) Expected Hours: Approx. 58 hrs/week — overtime paid after 40 hrs
Off Week Availability: Willing to work during your off week if needed (voluntary, fully paid) Pay Rate: $25–$30/hr depending on experience
Location: Calgary, AB — must be local (no accommodation or travel provided)
Key Responsibilities Remove and install polycarbonate twinwall greenhouse cladding panels. Work safely at heights using fall arrest systems and full PPE. Follow crew lead and site safety plans at all times. Handle materials carefully to prevent breakage and reduce waste. Maintain a clean, organized work site
What We’re Looking For: Experience in construction, roofing, glazing, or greenhouse work is an asset. Physically fit — outdoor, elevated, repetitive manual work. Reliable and punctual — the crew depends on you being there. Steel-toed boots and appropriate PPE required. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and speak fluent english
