About the Role
Hopkins IDA Pharmacy is looking to add a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist to our growing team. We are seeking a professional, patient-focused pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care and building strong relationships within the community.
This position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule or seeking part-time opportunities in a supportive pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and provide patient counseling
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and drug interactions
- Deliver professional pharmacy services and medication management support
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care
- Maintain compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists standards and pharmacy regulations
- Support inventory management and medication ordering as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries professionally
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in community pharmacy is preferred
