Summary
'We are seeking a friendly and efficient full time Server to join our team at the Perkins Restaurant and Bakery in Sudbury. This role is vital in delivering outstanding guest experiences and supporting our commitment to value and service excellence.
Responsibilities
' Greet and serve guests with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant and bar areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing any special requests or concerns.'
- Qualifications
' Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of POS systems, Micros preferred.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Food safety certification a must.
- Smart Server certificate a must
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.'
**************** Base salary is $17.60 an hour plus tips.
