The Business Applications Analyst is responsible for overall management of assigned business applications and related ancillary applications. This includes serving as the Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for workflow processes, application issues and changes, application upgrades, and general overall management and health of the organization’s key business applications. A key component of this role will be the requirement to participate in a key transformation project for CCC.
Reporting to Senior Program Manager, Digital and Data Solutions
What you’ll be doing

Combine applications knowledge with a deep understanding of the challenges facing the business units to propose and demonstrate the adoption of new features or processes that would improve upon current workflows and the overall current situation

Engage with the team and business units to identify all relevant stakeholders, meet and work with them regularly, and to understand, gather, document and evaluate the unit's business needs

Translate business requirements, implement system enhancements and drive process improvements

Develop options that meet business requirements and guide the team through design and configuration

Develop and document test scripts and test configuration changes

Execute application changes within the scope of the overall project(s) managed by the Project leadership
What you’ll bring to CCC

A Post-Secondary Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business or Finance

Minimum five years of experience with configuring Dynamics CRM related business applications

Minimum five years of business analysis experience

Understanding/Experience with complex ERP systems

Experience in requirements gathering, design, configuration and testing required

Bilingual in both official languages preferred
