Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
Support Drive Through operations
Manage and coordinate internal loaner vehicles
Customers vehicle car washes
Provide customer shuttle transportation as required
Support the Business Development Centre (BDC) team when needed (answering phones, booking service appointments)
Assist with lot organization and vehicle movement
Provide support to Service Advisors as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Ensure customer interactions reflect the dealership’s commitment to excellent service
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
