Job Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on client leads and register clients on the Rosemark app software
- Scheduling/visiting retirement homes, doctors, hospitals and any other identified referrals
- Develop, plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns
- Write and edit content for different platform such as social media, website, press release, media event, radio messaging etc
- Find caregivers and conduct due diligence as per mandatory requirement using the ‘blue book’. Prepare the ‘green book’ to be dropped at clients location upon registering a client
- Conduct periodic Field visits for the purpose of observing caregivers while at work. Monitor arrivals/departure times, professional appearance, client relationship, and match of caregiver to client. Take appropriate action of any of these areas require improvement
- Answer/receive clients and caregivers enquiries on phone or emails.
- Follow through on any accounts receivables
- Answer/receive clients enquiries on phone or emails.

Pay: From $35,728.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Marketing or Admin: 2 years (preferred)
