About Olive & Co.
Olive & Co. is a new luxury spa, med spa and wellness destination opening this October in South Surrey.
We are creating a beautifully curated space that brings together advanced aesthetics, naturopathic medicine, skin health and women’s wellness. Our goal is to provide personalized care in an environment where women feel safe, supported and genuinely heard.
This is a split commission based position with the opportunity to build your own practice, grow and lead our naturopathic team and work closely with our Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Naturopathic Doctor who is excited to help shape a modern, collaborative approach to women’s health.
This is an opportunity to:
- Build your practice within an established client community
- Work collaboratively with our Nurse Practitioner and RN led team
- Work with and, where appropriate, delegate tasks to an RN within each practitioner’s professional scope
- Develop new wellness programs and integrative services
- Grow and lead Olive & Co.’s naturopathic team

Role Overview
The Naturopathic Doctor will assess patients, create personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing care using naturopathic medicine, nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle support.
You will work alongside our Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse and other wellness professionals. The role may also include developing IV therapy and wellness protocols, delegating appropriate tasks to an RN and helping expand Olive & Co.’s services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Support women’s health concerns, including hormones, fertility, gut health, thyroid health, metabolic health, skin health and fatigue
- Educate patients, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with our Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse and other practitioners
- Develop IV therapy, supplement and integrative wellness protocols where appropriate
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow all professional standards
- Help grow Olive & Co.’s wellness services and potentially lead a naturopathic team
Qualifications
- Degree in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution
- Active registration in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia, or eligibility for registration
- Strong communication, professionalism and patient care skills
- Experience or a strong interest in women’s health
- A strong background in IV therapy is highly desirable
- Experience in hormone health, functional wellness or longevity is considered an asset

Pay: $90.00-$250.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week
